Respected Sir/Madam
The next meeting of India Posts’ Retired Officers’ Association will be held on
Saturday the Twenty Second October 2016 (22/10/2016) from 15.0 hrs to 17.0 hrs i.e 03.0 p.m.to 05.0 p.m. in the Conference Hall of Inspection Quarters (I.Q) of Dadar Head Post Office 5th floor Dadar Mumbai 400014 under the Chairmanship of Shri R Ganesan Ex-Secretary Department of Posts India. The agenda of the meeting will be as under:-
(1)To read and confirm the minutes of the last meeting.
(2) Address by the President Of the Association
(3) Talk by Ms Humera Ahmed Vice President of the Association on the books written by her.
(4) Talk by Ms Baby Rajgopalan on the academic facilities available at Indira Gandhi National Open University (5) To decide motto of the Association
(6) To decide regarding drafting of Memorandum to the Government of India giving our concerns for not granting the benefits of OROP to the Pensioners of Pre 6th Pay Commission. (7) To narrate the experiences of the members they had come across during their long spell of active service
(8) To decide further plans for the development of the Association.
(9) Any other subjects with the permission of the chair.
Kindly attend the meeting & bring in more members. Regarding motto of the Association members are requested to share their views by sending suggestions, if any, so that they can be compiled and placed before the house.
