Issue in updation of delivery data in IPS web site

It has been found out that several Post offices make mistake while updating the delivery details of International items (EMS/Parcel/RL  in IPSWeb ( http://ipsweb.cept.gov.in/ipsweb/ )

• Post Offices are failing to click 'Add' button after entering the article details.i.e, clicking 'Store' button without clicking 'Add' button will lead to Non-updation of Delivery details.
• Please make sure to click the 'Add' button before clicking on 'Submit' button.
• Also click on 'Store' for the second time if any error occurs while storing.
