• Provision to handle Outward App ePacket  articles in all modules including its accounting procedure  (Right from booking, despatch, transmission and delivery back if RTS).   The service is proposed to be launched on 09-10-2017.
• Capturing the mobile number of beat Postman.  New SMS “Article out for delivery” will be sent to the Addressee, when the article is invoiced to beat postman and the SMS includes mobile number of beat postman.
• Printing of Postman Mobile Number in the delivery slip.
• Compulsory checking of returns for all the e-Commerce articles (COD) that are  physically received.  Due to this check, day end in postman module is not possible if returns not taken within 

• 7 days for the  window deposit articles 

• 30 days for the Branch Office articles. 

• Same day for all other COD articles

• Provision to change the date of BO account date (BO Summary date) in case of COD articles.  
• GST  related modifications such as 

• exemption for Central/ State /UT organizations for different products

• GST Invoice provision in Point of Sale and Treasury

• Collection of Customs Duty as IGST in Postman 

• GST invoice number for e-Bill Payments including COD Payments.

• Capturing GSTIN Number, State, City.

• Separate Schedule for GST

• Implementation of new accounting procedure prescribed for Card Payments (Swipe vouchers)
