Integration of Postman Mobile Application in CSI 

New Block of PMA have been made in DPMS transactions and Reports Section on DOP MAIN SCREEN

• Before all below transactions normal issue of articles,emo's have to be done from respective links from DPMS.
• For Generating outbound file for articles and EMO's to mobile:
• Click on the link named as”Articles and EMO's Files to Mobile”

Below screen will appear:

• Office id will be autopopulated according to user id login.
• Select Batch from F4 help and then press enter.
• Select Shift from F4 help and then press enter.
• Select beat from F4 help and then press enter.On pressing enter only employee id field will get populated.
• When all details are filled then check the box named as “Click to download” and click on execute button..
• After this below screen will appear:

• Select the path and then click “SAVE”.
• All the article and emo's issued to the beat will be downloaded in file.
• For Generating outbound file for beat master to mobile:
• Click on the link named as”Beat Master File to Mobile”.
• After clicking below screen will appear.

When click to download button is checked and executed then following screen will get appear:

• Select the path and then click “SAVE”.
• All beat master data will be downloaded in file.
• For Generating outbound file for bulk addressee to mobile:
• Click on the link named as”Bulk addressee data to Mobile”.
• After clicking below screen will appear.

• Then just click on execute button

• Select the path and then click “SAVE”.
• All bulk addressee data will be downloaded in file.
• For Generating outbound file for online pickup data  to mobile:
• Click on the link named as”Online pickup data to Mobile”.
• After clicking below screen will appear.
