"Daak Mail" has done miracle at where there is no phone there is no way of communication

Where there's no phone there's no way of communication
But 'Daak Mail' (India Post), has done miracles to help the needy. While on my way to Kargil from Leh I found this running post office, and it was something unique for me which left me speechless over the services our government has provided for the needy
I asked a 'Jawaan' about this 'Daak Mail' service to which I was shocked to know what all he told me
I was all tears after my conversation with this gentleman
