GRANT OF CHILD CARE LEAVE [GAZETTE NOTIFICATION]

GRANT OF CHILD CARE LEAVE

1. It shall not be granted for more than three spells in a calendar year 
2. In case of a single female Government Servant, the grant of leave six spells in a calendar year allowed 
3. Child care leave may not be granted for a period less than five days at a time
