The marketing Division will look after the following items of work
  1. Marketing of all products / services offered by Department of Posts
  2. All matters related to Marketing & Publicity and Brand Promotion.
  3. Marketing Research
  4. Social Media Monitoring & Campaigns
  5. Commission market studies/surveys amd engage consultants to test the market and improve the product portfolio
  6. Evolve market strategies, alliances and co operation to improve operations and increase parcel business
  7. Obtain inputs from Operating Division regarding performance of products and take measures as required to increase visibility and market share of India Post
