Special cover with special cancellation release function on account of 150th Birth Anniversary celebration of Mahatma Gandhiji at Kanniyakumari Post office.

On account of the 150th Birth Anniversary celebration of Mahatma Gandhiji special cover with special cancellation was released at Kanniyakumari post office. The special cover released by Shri VP Chandrasekhar IPoS, kanniyakumari Division and received by the Chief Guest Shri Prashant M wadnere IAS, Collector, Kanniyakumari district. Shri Raghul Nath IAS DRDO additional collector and Dr Sreenath IPS superintendent of police kanniyakumari district were felicitated the function. Welcome address and vote of thanks by Shri.Senthilkumar ASPO(OD) and Shri Ganpathi subramaniam IPO respectively. Shri P.Anilkumar, Marketing Executive kanniyakumari Division, Shri karthikeyan public relations officer Nagercoil including officials from posts, state government officials and many press and media persons attended the function.
