IRREGULAR PRACTICE OF ACCOUNT OPENING - BIHAR CIRCLE || IT WARRANTS PUNISHMENT
Bihar Circle has procured 10 Lacs SB Accounts under "Mega Accounts Opening Drive" but certain disturbing facts has also been brought to my notice that many Sub Divisional Inspector and Divl Supdt have indulged themselves in opening of large No. of RD accounts of low denomination by splitting RD of 1000,2000,3000 and 5000 i nthe name of one depositor
