Dear all, on 30.03.2020 Hon'ble MoC held VC with all the heads of circles. He reviewed personally about functioning of post offices in each circle. Finally he instructed to open all POs including NDTSO and BOs also. From tomorrow onwards all transactions should perform and especially social security payments through DBT. As Ministry of Home affairs declared on 23.4.2020 as Postal services comes under essential services and MoC ordered to open all POs we should prepare to attend offices. So I request all Circle Secretaries and divisional secretaries guide the members as follows. 

1. Physically challenged officials will be exempted from duty.
2. Above 50 yrs age officials may apply for leave. 
3. Officials who are suffering with Diabetes, BP, Heart/kidney problems any serious illness may also take leave.
4. Local municipal or health departments are providing total sanitization to Govt. Offices. 
5. Also ensure supply of Masks, Gloves, sanitizers etc..
6. Also avail staff car facility in big cities for attending office from home. 
7. Also ensure to supply of Thermal scanners for bigger offices . 

As our services are identified as essential so there is no other way except to attend the duty with some exemptions. I request all please be cautious and take care all precautionary methods about u r personal and family while discharging duty.. :pray::pray:I received this information from others
