Sir,
Sub: Meeting of the committee constituted to work out the functional justification - Cadre restructuring of Group-c employees of RMS.
The Directorate informed to the undersigned meeting on the subject scheduled to be held on 14/07/2020 through video conference (vc) from Dak Bhawan.
My union wishes to submit the following few lines to the Chairman of the committee.
Directorate issued office order dt 12/12/2019 vide No 25-10/2016 P.E 1, Wherein it is stated that a committee constituted headed by the present Member (O), the then CPMG of Karnataka and to submit its report with in a span of three months.
The committee also empowered to work out the functional justification and make recommendation for utilization of the post, which have been proposed to be created by up-gradation in LSG, HSG/2, HSG/1 & HSG (nfg) grades in RMS. My union believes committee would have possibly compiled/collected extensive details of data s from the circles (LSG,HSG/2,HSG/1 & HSG (nfg) grades in RMS.) during these periods. Due to Covid-19 pandemic and the present situation on the ground, my union unable collect details of available LSG, HSG/2, HSG/1 Posts as on date from circles, that too in a short period before 14/07/2020.
My Union request the Chairman of the Committee to share the details of LSG,HSG/2,HSG/1 & proposed HSG (nfg) grades in RMS, which would help us to put forth a fair/justifiable views, also in the ensuing video-conference (VC) scheduled on 14.07.2020, as decided by the committee from DAK Bhavan, thereby, to avoid, avoidable delay in this sensitive issue of Cadre Restructuring in RMS.
My union waiting for your positive, early response.
Yours sincerely,
N.K Tyagi
General Secretary.
