Great victory to the efforts of Tamilnadu circle union with the support of the CHQ 

 Dear comrades, All of you aware of the draconian orders of the postal department dated 15.9.2021 restricting the tenure of office bearers to five years or two terms and the agitations announced by the NFPE.

 Com  R.N.Parashar, General Secretary also requested to file a case at Chennai. We have also decided to file a case after seeing the orders as per the advice of Com K.V.S, our mentor and finally, we filed a writ petition in the Madras High Court and made two prayers to scrap both the orders dated 15.9.2021 and grant interim stay. The Honble Court has granted stay for the foreign service order dated 15.9.2021 at the admission stage and in respect of the second about the terms of the office bearers eight week notice has given by the Court.  

Again we approached the Court with emergency petition. Today our Advocate Sri K.M.Ramesh took all pains to convince the Honble Judge and got stay orders for the operation of 15.9.2021 orders. Really a great legal advancement and we are confident that  we will win the case. Thanks to Com K.V.S who is the mastermind in the drafting and to Sri K.M.Ramesh our senior Advocate who always bring victory to the union. Circle Union specially thanks the advocate. Thanks Sir. -
