Unauthorized usage of Mobile App for PLI/RPLI Premium Payment | Use POSTINFO Authorized Application
Dear All,
This is regarding blocking of Unauthorized Mobile Apps allowing payment of PLI & RPLI Premium thro Online.
It is found that there are 7 Apps were providing facility to Pay Premium thro Online & showcasing as an DoP Authorized App.
From 11.11.21, payment thro such Unauthorized Mobile Apps have been blocked. If trying then will get an error message that "Access denied : you are trying thro an Unauthorized App / Application"
As you aware that there is no PLI Mobile App and POSTINFO is the only Official App developed by CEPT.
Many Customers are posting, seeking that unable to pay Premium thro Online (Mobile App). So, if any Customer raising grievances, pl ask the App Name or Website Address.
