Subject: Hon'ble PM's Interaction with Beneficiaries of various Schemes Programmes of Government of India - Instructions to connect through VC - reg.
Sir/Madam,
Hon'ble Prime Minister will interact with Beneficiaries of various Schemes / Programmes of Government of India from Shimla. Himachal Pradesh on 31st May, 2022. Hon'ble Minister of Communications is also chairing a function at Kolkata in which he shall attend the Hon ble PM's programme virtually.
2. Olo Hon'ble MoC has instructed to ensure that 1000 HOs / MDGs SOs across the country (atleast one in each district) are connected in this interaction through Video Conferencing (VC) in passive mode.
3. It is therefore, requested to take necessary action in this respect immediately and personally ensure that all HOS / MDGs under your Circle are connected with the aforesaid interaction from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM on 31st May, 2022. Adequate arrangments be kindly made in these post offices so that members of staff and customers can listen to the live program. Weblink for the program shall be shared in due course before day end today
