Sub: - Expediting process of DPC for HSG-IHSG-1/HSG-I (FG) - regarding
Ref: - DDG (P) D.O.No. W-18/2022-SPN-I dated 10.09.2022
A kind attention is invited on the reference subject cited above, as per Hon'ble Directorate's merger guidelines No. X-1-3/2019-SPN-II dated 26.07.2019 in compliance of Directorate merger order No. 25-19/2018-PE-1 dated 10.07.2019 of Postmaster Cadre with General Line Supervisor Cadre, there are still erstwhile Postmaster Grade-I now LSG PA/erstwhile Postmaster Grade-II now HSG-II are deprived of promotion to HSG-11/1 cadre even having eligible services in many circles especially UP, UK, J&K Bihar, Rajasthan, Telangana, Assam, Maharashtra, etc. and inter-se seniority has not been fixed as per merger guidelines PAN India evenly !! is pertinent to mention here that there are acute shortage of HSG-IL/HSG-1/HSG-L (NG) throughout India as per Cadre Restructuring order No. 25-04/2012-PE-I (Vol. II) dated 10.11.2017.
It is requested to issue instructions to all circles to expedite process of DPC for HSG-IHSG-IHSG-ING)
