Good News! Postal Savings Customers and General Public
Today good day to Saving Bank business of DOP.
1. All Savings schemes, interest rates are hiked considerably.
2. As announced in budget,
a) New Scheme - MSSC (2 years fixed deposit scheme) for individual girl child or woman introduced with maximum deposit ceiling of Rs.2 lakhs upto 31.3.2025.
b) Senior citizen maximum limit enhanced to Rs.30 lakhs
c) Monthly Income scheme maximum limit enhanced to single Rs.9 lakhs Joint Rs.15 lakhs.
Because of above positive moves of Government, next Financial Year, We could fetch more revenue through Savings Schemes business to our Department with more benefits to Public also.
