Subject: - Creation of new category of Service Association.

Madam / Sir,

I am directed to convey that Competent Authority has decided to introduce a new category of Service Association namely Group 'B' (Postal & RMS) - HSG- II, HSG-I and HSG-I (NFG) comprising of all HSG-II, HSG-I and HSG-I (NFG) employees in Postal and RMS offices.

2. Consequent upon introduction Group 'B' (Postal & RMS) - HSG-II, HSG-I and HSG-I (NFG) category, HSG-II, HSG-I and HSG-I (NFG) employees in Postal and RMS offices will not be part of existing Group 'C' Postal (excluding Postmen) and Group 'C' RMS including MMS.

3. Competent Authority has also decided that the nomenclature of category namely Circle Office Administrative Staff Group 'C', 'D' and MTS shall be renamed as Circle Office Administrative Staff Group 'B' 'C' and MTS.
