 Alert to pensioners and submission of Life certificates

 

  ·        Calling the pensioners by the cyber crime offenders to update their life certificate and date of appointment, PPO number aadhar number e mail address, monthly pension, nominee etc.

·        Ask the pensioners to share the OTP.

·        Once they get the OTP and access to the account transferring the amount immediately.

·        No CPAO will ask such details and OTP.

·        Don’t share any details of your pension details to any one over phone.

·        Submission of life certificate should be completed in the month November 2024.

Life certificate

·        It should be submitted by the pensioners in the month of November every year for the continuance of pension

·        For 80 years and above, it can be submitted from 1st October.

·        It can be submitted manually or digitally.

·        Life certificate can be recorded physically before the Pension disbursing authority.

·        It can be submitted online through Jeevan Pramaan Portal. UIDAI provided details of biometric devices and it will capture a person through on line.

·        IPPB launched Door step service through postman in November 2020.Pensioner has to download “PostinfoAPP” from Google Play store.

·        PSB Alliance introduced collection of Life certificates under the umbrella of Door step banking.

·        It can be submitted using Face Authentication technology system on UIDAI
